What you get

A SHOP, NOT A GADGET

The picture is the reason anyone stops. Everything around it is the reason the enquiry is worth answering — a catalogue that holds real sizes, a portal in your branding, and a boundary between businesses that the database enforces rather than the screens.

Your branding

YOUR NAME OVER THE DOOR, NOT OURS

Your logo, one brand colour and a light or dark theme generate the whole portal. The colour is contrast-checked when you save it, so a brand orange that no one could read on a dark background is corrected before it ships rather than after a customer complains.

Everything else — type, spacing, behaviour — stays ours. That is what stops a portal being made unusable by a colour picker, and it is why yours will not look like a template with a logo dropped in.

Everything in it

EIGHT THINGS, AND NONE OF THEM ARE A DASHBOARD

Your catalogue, properly

Wheels, tyres, wrap, tint and 4x4 accessories, each with the fields that category actually needs — offset and bolt pattern on a wheel, shade on a tint. Sizes and finishes are variants with their own SKUs and prices.

The visualiser

Their photo, your product, side by side with a drag slider against the original. Every preview is checked against the product it is meant to show before the customer sees it.

Enquiries you can act on

Vehicle, parts, sizes, preview, notes, postcode and preferred contact — captured once, at the point they ask, and never before.

Counter mode

Your staff start the build with the customer standing there, take consent in their own name, and file it into the same queue with one button.

Checkout stays yours

Links go to your own website, and only to domains you control — enforced when the product is saved, not when the link is clicked. You are the merchant of record.

Numbers that mean something

Visitors, photos uploaded, previews generated, enquiries and outbound clicks — per portal, with your render allowance visible alongside them.

Staff accounts

Your team signs in to your organisation and sees your data. The boundary is enforced in the database, not in the screens.

Loaded for you

From your spreadsheet, your supplier's range, or by hand. You review the prices and the compatibility before anyone sees them.

Supplier libraries

ONE CATALOGUE, EVERY SHOP THAT CARRIES IT

The reason a retailer’s catalogue is out of date is that somebody has to retype it. A supplier keeps one range in RideSpec; the retailers they approve sell from that range in their own branding, at their own prices.

How the boundary works

01

The supplier publishes

One range, maintained by the people who make the product.

02

The supplier grants a retailer

Named, one at a time. A grant is consent, and it is theirs to give.

03

The retailer sells it as their own

Their branding, their prices, their enquiries. The supplier does not see the retailer's customers.

04

The supplier withdraws

The range leaves every portal the same day. Quotes already sent keep the prices they were sent with.

On your own website

TWO LINES, OR A LINK

Send customers to a hosted showroom at your own address, or put the whole thing inside a page on your site. The snippet is generated for you in the console — this is all of it.

<div data-ridespec="your-shop"></div> <script src="https://app.ridespec.com.au/embed.js" async></script>

It sizes itself to the page. Only the domains you list can frame it, and that is enforced by the server on every request, not by JavaScript that a copied snippet takes with it.

Events your page receives

Wire these into whatever analytics you already run.

  • ridespec.loaded
  • vehicle_uploaded
  • product_selected
  • render_started
  • render_completed
  • quote_started
  • quote_submitted
  • checkout_clicked

No personal information travels in any of them. Not the name, not the address, not the photo.

SET UP WITH YOU, NOT LEFT TO YOU

There is no self-service sign-up and no empty dashboard waiting for you to fill it in. Pricing is a subscription, quoted per business against your catalogue size, staff seats and how many previews you expect a month — we will put a number in front of you on the first call rather than on this page, because the right one depends on all three.
